Standard Shipping Service arrives within the following number of Business days - Sydney 4 days, Brisbane 6 days, Melbourne 6 days, Adelaide 7 Days, Perth 8 days. For regional areas add an extra day onto your nearest capital city.
Express Courier Service only operates within the Australia Post express network area. Please check Australia post to confirm your postcode is within the express post network. Deliveries within the express post network will arrive within 3 business days
Standard Shipper for New Zealand, Asia & Pacific region is 21 days.
Standard Shipper for rest of the world is between 21 and 42 days.
Express shipping anywhere in the world 5-7 business days
If you are not home when the courier/postman attempts delivery they will usually leave a card advising where you can pick your delivery up from. If for any reason you haven’t received your delivery within 4 days after the times listed above, please check your parcel tracking email details first that you received after you placed your order. This should provide you with the name of the courier company and your parcel tracking number. If you don;t have these details please try your local post office next. If they do not have your parcel, please email email@example.com quoting your order number so we can follow this up for you.
OVERSEAS TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
Please note some countries may charge additional local taxes, e.g. VAT or import duties. Any additional taxes or import duties will need to be paid for by the customer and a commercial invoice will be included in the packaging stating the value of the goods.
Please contact your local customs office or customs broker to see if this would be applicable to your country. The description of the goods on the parcel will be “rubber swim fin and swim wear”
Only credits for the product purchase price (not including postage and handling) are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, made an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get an approved Return Authorisation (RA) form which will have specific details on it regarding how and where to return your product. No returns will be able to be processed without a RA form or valid parcel tracking information.
If you want to replace your item for a different size or colour you will also be required to pay an additional postage and handling charge for your replacement items to be re-delivered to you. Please note these fees will be in excess of what you paid when you first bought the product as we subsidise the cost of postage and handling you pay with your initial order. Return postage and handling charges that you will need to pay Us in addition to the postage you will need to pay to return the goods to Us, are as follows:
You may be entitled to a credit, provided you return the item to us within 21 days of your order being dispatched. The item must be returned to us in brand new condition, with the packaging and item being exactly as it was when you received it. This includes the return of the original labels and tags still being attached. If the returned item is in a noticeably used condition, then a credit may not be offered.
